Today I turned 23 years old. I knew that it’s going to be a different day because this is the first time I celebrated away from my labidabs. I was touched by some of the girls I’ve met here. I really am blestto have met such sweet and lovely ladies. When I got home from school I just ate chips and finished the coke I had last Friday. I wasn’t expecting company, my bell rang and when I opened Parmeet and Megumi were there singing a Birthday song and holding a plate (see picture below) =))

It was such a sweet gesture and I was literally speechless. (bukod sa hirap kasi ako iexpress in English super natuwa lang ako haha!). 

At around 9:20 pm I received a call from So Jin, super na-touch ako. (ops di consistent) Pero seriously na touch ako kasi tumawag siya para lang sabihin na Happy Birthday tapos super nag ssorry siya kasi di siya nakapunta nung nag celebrate ako last Friday. Sabi niya pa if I want she’ll come to my flat and we’ll celebrate. Grabe isipin mo mag 10 pm na naisip niya pa yun. HAHA! Wala lang na touch ako sa effort. :))

After 15 minutes, my bell rang again. I thought it was Anita since she said she’ll drop by. But when I opened it So Jin was there with a paper bag. She was apologizing because she wasn’t able to come last Friday. She gave me chocolates, noodles and Pik-One. She also gave me a short note and seriously I was touched.

Alam mo yung feeling na ang saya mo lang kasi may mga tao pa lang nakaka appreciate and even in their small ways, bigyan ka man ng mayo for your birthday or tea, super maappreciate mo lang. Tomorrow it’s So Jin’s Birthday sabi niya magccelebrate daw kami bukas hopefully ma-surprise ko naman siya. =))

This Birthday is truly unforgettable, even though I’m away from my love ones I still felt the love. 

Sige dadamay ko na rin yung mga nag greet sakin sa fb, pero mas masaya kung nagpadala sila ng SURPRISE PACKAGE diba?! :)) 

Thank You to everyone who greeted me! :) I thank God for everything. For the gift of life, for giving me a sweet and loving family, sweet friends, true friends and a career that I used to dream of just a year ago. =)
